The Healing Odyssey

On a Sunday morning in September 2022, I was at home. I still remember reading my favourite book “The Power of Subconscious Mind” for the third time.

While I was wondering if all this were really true, suddenly, my phTheone rang loudly, breaking the peaceful moment. I answered, and she sounded excited. She told me to check my WhatsApp. I stopped reading and quickly checked, my heart filled with curiosity. As I opened the messages, an overwhelming surge of happiness enveloped me. The rhythm of my heart raced up.

Surprise – She was pregnant. Actually we were pregnant. It was not just a news but an answer to many hidden emotions, traumas and questions waiting for the answers since 14 years.

Her story was one of extraordinary resilience and heartache. Despite all medical reports indicating normalcy, she had grappled with the cruel clutches of unexplained infertility for 8 long years. But that is not what makes her story special, there was much more to it.

This was not the first time time she was pregnant. It was her 4th time but precious equally. 14 years ago, something terribly sad happened. She lost her six-month-old baby boy while he was sleeping, and it was a tragedy that she never completely understood. After that, she had two more pregnancies, both of which gave her daughters. Her wish for a boy wasn’t just because of what society expects; it was her way of trying to find comfort and heal the guilt that had been with her for years. It was a complicated and very personal journey for her.

This wasn’t an ordinary case. Her trauma ran deep, and her pain was palpable.I wanted to support her, but I had one important condition – she had to be ready to accept the child, whether it turned out to be a boy or a girl. She agreed, putting her trust in the idea that if fate had given her this chance to become pregnant, it would also honour her wishes.

This belief, deeply connected to Indian spirituality, was powerful. However, I could sense that beneath it lay her deep-seated guilt and pain. It was a turning point in my career as I adopted a holistic approach for the first time. We dug deep into her mind and body, working on her stress and past traumas. We did activities to rewire her brain. We created a plan that included not just Ayurvedic medicines but also adjustments to her diet and lifestyle.

The results were truly astonishing and reaffirmed my strong belief in mind body healing. I understood that her experience mirrored the Ayurvedic idea of health –

Good Health is the ultimate approach to any condition which can only be approached when we take care of all the aspects of health i.e.. mental, emotional and spiritual along with the physical. Getting pregnant, shedding extra weight, and hormonal balance are just some of the positive outcomes of achieving true well-being.

Now, I’m taking a new journey with an integrated approach, combining different modalities to help women regain their health and started on a mission “to help women rewire their brain and get emotionally & hormonally fit and regain their fertility naturally with my unique hormone healing system

How has been your journey? do you have a mission like I have one? Let me know your opinion in the comments!
